DUSO's FLAT & FILLED PASTA

Duso's flat pasta such as Fettuccine and Linguine, may be combined with any of Duso's pasta sauces. The flavour is in the sauce, so choose your favourite.

With our large assortment of filled pastas you will want to consider a sauce that complements the filling.  The taste will be a great marriage of sauce and pasta.

Flat Pasta

Fettuccine, Linguine, Angel Hair, Herb Linguine

Duso's flat pasta products are made with 100% Durum Semolina and Fresh B.C. liquid whole eggs.  If you have never been introduced to fresh pasta, this is the time.  You will not go back to dry pasta!  Fresh pasta is excellent served with your favourite Duso's Cream Sauce.

Fresh Gnocchi

As good as homemade, these tender bite-size morsels are great as a meal or a side to your favorite meat dish. Remember, with these a little goes a long way!   Available in three fantastic flavors: Traditional and Butternut Squash.  Excellent when served with Duso's Tomato Cream Sauce and a touch of black pepper.

Filled Pasta

Cheese Tortellini

A smooth blend of Mozzarella, Ricotta, Romano and Asiago Cheeses with a hint of spice. This popular pasta is available in three styles: White, Spinach, Rainbow Pasta. This pasta can be served with any of Duso's Pasta Sauces. Also, great in broth-style soups.

Roasted Garlic Chicken Tortelloni

Using lean chicken and garlic, our chef's have created a mouth-watering masterpiece.  Best when served with Duso's Italian Plum Tomato Sauce or  Duso's Sweet Pepper & Mushroom Sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.  An easy and quick meal with a side salad, keeps all in the family smiling.

Roasted Rosemary Turkey Tortelloni

Great for the holiday season!  The sweet scent of rosemary combined with turkey will bring the memories back.  Add a side of steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes for the perfect meal.  Best topped with either Duso's Italian Plum Tomato Sauce or Duso's Tomato Pesto Sauce.

Cheddar Cheese & Garlic Stripped Ravioli

Be warned - you must love garlic!  Using aged cheddar combined with garlic, we created a smooth filling that will keep your taste buds asking for more. Ravioli, in a bright Orange and White striped pasta great for the kids.  This eye-appealing pasta is great when served with your favourite Duso's Tomato based Sauce.

Butternut Squash Agnolotti

Without a doubt, one of the best vegetarian pastas available.  A great alternative to the normal meat or cheese filled pastas, this vivid Poppy Seed pasta envelope is packed with Butternut Squash.  Serve with Duso's Sweet Pepper & Mushroom Sauce or Duso's Tomato Cream Sauce.  For a change of pace, instead of these sauces toss with butter, parmesan cheese and a pinch of  fresh sage.
